What You'll Do
- Oversee job setup including materials, crew assignments, and logistics
- Responsible for communicating expectations between company and customer
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or challenges
- Measure to order residential replacement windows, roofing, siding, and doors
- Ensure GSE safety regulations are being followed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in measuring custom residential replacement windows
- Proven supervisory and team management experience in the construction industry
- Professionalism with client facing experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- General computer knowledge
- HS Diploma/GED
