TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey’s premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Facility Coordinator (Patient Scheduler), you will be a key player on our team.

- Answer high call volume in a professional and courteous manner

- Schedule trips for clients that require transportation to and from medical appointments

- Collect trip data and transcribe information through our scheduling system

- Maintain accurate records and monitor workflow for scheduled appointments

- Secure payment for all scheduled patients trips prior to receiving services

- Obtain insurance verifications and authorizations

- Schedule, reschedule and cancel trips as necessary


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Availability to work Monday – Friday 12pm – 8pm

- Proficient computer skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience dealing with major insurance companies and patient scheduling is preferred

- Ability to work in high pressure situations

- Clean background check

- Negative drug screening
