Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate equipment concerns to maintenance or supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient operation. Follow all safety guidelines and production standards. Qualifications. Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with machinery preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple machine functions. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Previous production or packaging experience is helpful but not required.
