The North Plainfield School District, a culturally diverse school district in Somerset County serving 3,700 students Pre-K through grade 12, seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative professional for the position of Full Time Instructional Paraprofessional .
These full time positions will work an 8 hour schedule that includes an unpaid 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks. The times of each 8-hour schedule will depend upon the assigned school and classroom.
Salary is paid at an hourly rate. This role is eligible for health/medical benefits.
Qualifications Include:
- Position requires 60 college credits or passing score on the New Jersey ParaPro Exam.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Funding provided by the PEA grant.
Salary: $22.67 per hour (minimum) to $27.60 per hour (maximum), commensurate with experience.
