- Pay On-Demand: Get quick access to a portion of your earned wages after completed shifts.
- Weekly Pay: Week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday &- payday is Friday.
- Overnight Differential: Earn an additional .75¢ per hour between the hours of 10pm-6am.

Responsibilities
- Be the first smile of the day! Greet every customer with friendly, fast service, help with fuel and transactions, and make every visit a positive experience.
- Go the extra mile! Offer windshield washing, share rewards program benefits, and provide helpful service wherever it’s needed.
- Keep it safe and clean! Maintain a tidy, welcoming lot, kiosks, and walkways—inside and out—so everyone can fuel up safely and comfortably.
- Own your shift! Follow all cash handling, safety, and company procedures, complete checklists, and make sure tasks are done right every time.
- Teamwork makes it fun! Help train new teammates, communicate with leadership, stay updated on policies, and celebrate wins while achieving your shift goals.
Qualifications
- Positive, customer-first mindset, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
- Ability to stay self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and follow safety expectations.
