Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Student Assistant to work in the Department of Rehabilitation & Movement Science-Speech Language Pathology Program. The Student Assistant will work in the SLP Clinic and Summer Focus Center, both located in Newark, translating Speech Therapy work from English into Spanish and/or Portuguese. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Provide real-time interpretation support from English into Spanish or Portuguese during individual and group therapy sessions, clinical evaluations, and parent coaching and educational activities. Translate documents from English to Spanish or Portuguese. Perform other related duties as assigned. FLSA Nonexempt Grade 99 H Salary Details $15.92/hour is budgeted for this position.
