Responsibilities
- Bring the vibe—deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service that keeps people coming back.
- Make great food, the right way—support daily production while following all food safety, prep, and sanitation standards.
- Be a team player and culture builder—train new team members, communicate openly, and help everyone stay on track to win the shift.
- Keep the store fresh and ready—maintain a clean, stocked, and organized space while supporting inventory and product availability.
- Own the details—handle cash, follow policies, show up in uniform, stay up to date, and get the job done right every time.
Qualifications
- Positive, customer-first mindset supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and apply new skills.
- Prior cashier or food & beverage experience a plus.

Compensation Disclosure Statement
Pay is from $16.25- $16.75 / hour
