SANITATION MANAGER

Southwest NJ Area | Food Manufacturing

GPAC has partnered with a growing food manufacturing company in the Southwestern New Jersey area is looking to add a Sanitation Manager to their leadership team.

This is a highly visible role inside a SQF/BRC audited bakery manufacturing environment, overseeing sanitation operations, food safety compliance, environmental programs, and audit readiness across the facility.

The company is continuing to invest in operations and leadership growth following recent expansion efforts and is looking for a strong leader that can drive accountability, compliance, and sanitation performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sanitation operations across shifts
  • Manage MSS execution, SSOPs, and sanitation validation
  • Drive SQF, BRC, FDA, USDA, and OSHA compliance
  • Oversee environmental monitoring programs and allergen control
  • Prepare for and lead third-party audits
  • Partner closely with QA and Operations leadership
  • Train and develop sanitation teams

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sanitation leadership experience within food manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of SQF/BRC and food safety systems
  • Bakery, dairy, frozen food, or high-care manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with environmental monitoring and allergen programs
  • HACCP and PCQI strongly preferred

Compensation & Perks:

  • $75K&-$115K base salary DOE
