Overview Cook- Chart House As a cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking variety of dishes according to directive from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Assists cook in preparing, seasoning and garnishing all foods in assigned area in accordance with established procedures. Performs any other duties as assigned.
