THE JOB:The Security Dispatcher is the heartbeat of the Security Departmentcoordinating realtime communication, supporting emergency response, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fastpaced environment. THE DAY-TO-DAY:Continuously monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels to identify and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner. Coordinate and direct security officers to respond to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance throughout the property, focusing on prompt and effective action. Maintain continuous coordination with the Global Security Operations Center. Operate communication equipment, such as two-way radios and telephones, to relay critical information between security teams, management, and other departments. Maintain accurate logs of communication, incidents, emergencies, and security activities in real-time, maintaining clear and detailed records for reporting and follow-up. Follow established protocols during emergencies, such as fire, medical incidents, or active threats, while maintaining clear communication and coordination with local authorities. Liaise with law enforcement, emergency medical services, and other external agencies as needed, providing support and information during incidents or emergencies. Own dispatch calls for service including those related to security or lost and found items. Resolve issues promptly, follow up to support guest satisfaction, answer incoming calls, and coordinate with other departments as necessary. Assist in investigations by locating and retrieving relevant video footage, facilitating accurate and timely identification of key evidence for review. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:High School Diploma or GED is Required. Previous experience working in a similar resort setting is Preferred.
